Welcome to the EventStable Loyalty Program! Earn points and enjoy rewards as our way of saying thank you for being a valued customer.
Here’s how you can take advantage of our loyalty program:
Earning Points
You can earn reward points for a variety of activities:
1. Purchases:
- Earn 1 point for every $100 spent on eligible products.
2. Customer Registration:
- Receive 5 points when you create a new account.
3. Referrals:
- Earn 25 points when your invited friend makes their first purchase.
4. Product Reviews:
- Receive 5 points for each approved product review you submit.
Redeeming Points
You can redeem your reward points during checkout:
1. Applying Points
- In the Payment Method section, select "Use my Reward Points."
- Your available points and their monetary value will be displayed.
- If your points cover the total cost, no additional payment is required.
2. Using with Other Discounts:
- Reward points can be used alongside store credits or gift cards.
- Points are applied first, followed by store credits or gift cards if necessary.
Managing Your Points
1. View Balance:
- Check your reward points balance anytime by logging into your account and navigating to the "Reward Points" section.
2. Expiration:
- Points expire 365 days after they are earned.
- You will receive an email notification before your points expire.
Refunds and Adjustments
1. Refunds to Points:
- If you return an order paid with reward points, the points will be refunded to your balance.
2. Points Adjustment:
- Points may be added or subtracted based on certain actions, such as refunds or account adjustments.

1. Balance Updates and Expiration Warnings:
- Visit the Reward Points page in your account to opt in for balance update and expiration notices.

1. Sign Up:
- Create an account on our website to start earning points immediately
2. Start Earning:

3. Redeem Rewards:
- Use your points at checkout to save on future purchases.
