How EventStable is Improving Customer Experience

During this time of crisis, with the event world coming to a near grinding halt, EventStable is taking the opportunity to improve our Customer base experience and order process in our extra time.

Between making improvements to our shipping information to provide a more complete understanding, and updating our team’s products knowledge, we are working to cultivate a simple and efficient order process; whether you choose to shop online or with one of our sales representatives.

Listed below are some of the areas we have recently worked to improve, and some of the projects we’ve completed to improve your shopping experience!

Shipping Information

Receiving your freight shipment can be one of the most complex parts of a large furniture order. If you’ve never received a freight shipment before, or if you have not accepted a bulk shipment- some policies and standards in the freight world can be surprising at first.

We want to make sure that in the process of receiving your freight, you are informed on the steps to have your items properly shipped and accepted. That way, if there is ever any damage or issues with delivery, we can file a claim and send replacement items out as quickly as possible. 

One of the updates we have recently made to improve clarity, is re-scripting the shipment information in our emails, as well as updating our shipping information pages on the website. Details such as how to accept your shipment and how to sign for damages have all been updated!

Another useful piece of content to help our customers that we have created is our Carrier Tracking list

It’s a compiled list of all the carriers we ship with here at EventStable, as well as the company contact information and tracking link (if applicable). This list can help find tracking information easier so you know exactly when to expect your shipment!

New Content

With so many products to choose from, we know how important it is to select the right tables and chairs for your event needs.

In order to better assist in the purchasing process, our product experts have been creating Buyer’s guides highlighting some of our most popular products.

New product posts are being added to our blog, as well as videos to show product features up close and personal. 

Check out our new Tablecloth Buyer’s guide as an example of some of the guides we’ve been working on!

New table, chair, and even some accessory guides are being added, as well.

Additonally, we are continually updating our blog, so you can always check back for new updates and exciting ideas for your event equipment or wedding venue!

Website Updates

Another way we have been working to improve the pre-purchasing process is updating product information and shopping pages on the EventStable website.

Some projects we have been tackling include product page content, updating old content, and creating some nifty product graphics.

You can check out the new blurbs by visiting some of our popular products’ pages- Like the Resin Folding Chairs!

Our new infographics are being created and added to help visualize products and how much space they might take up in your event space.

Get all your product specs in one place, including weight capacities and sizing!

You can find available graphics located on the item’s page photo gallery.

On the back-end, we’ve also been making internal updates so all of our processes run a bit smoother.

Our teams have been brainstorming new ideas to create an efficient work flow- so whether you’re looking for a quote from our sales team, or chatting with customer service about tracking information, we are available to help quicker than ever.


We are just as excited as ever for the upcoming event season, so we’ve been working hard to implement new ideas and ways to make the purchasing process even easier.
